This was a Great place to stay. The food was great. The bar was reasonable with great service everytime. Looking forward to my next stay.

We went on a quick trip to Niagara Falls to see the Festival of Lights (which was amazing) and wanted to stay on the Canadian side...but this spot had such great reviews and a great price we decided to try it out!

It was very recently converted to a Four Points, and I would say a decent renovation was done, except the tiny elevators and the fact that the carpet looked like someone tried to rip it up in one corner (perhaps they allow pets?). The room was a good size and really clean, although had a very tiny bathroom (I'd guess it may have been a Motel 6 before?) as the sink was on the outside in the main room part. I like the decor and all the furniture was comfy including the beds. Nice linens...but and this is a big but in my mind...it seemed that everyone was put on the same floor and there was a lot of noise from the hall and other rooms. We are not the quietest family so I really felt sorry for the other rooms around us...my husband was up in the night and could hear the room next door snoring so we know they heard us come in at 10:30 then watch TV till midnight. We could not hear anything from the floor above though.

The room did have a refrigerator which was a huge plus.The hotel lobby was beautiful and all staff we encountered was super friendly and helpful. All in all we would stay here again...the price was right and really hotels don't insulate for noise any more (we've paid way more for much noisier rooms) so I wouldn't knock them down for that...just ask for a more private end of the floor next time!

I stayed in this hotel for a night and loved it! It is beautiful, clean and very warm. I felt really happy when i walked in after having second thoughts about this hotel judging from neighborhood. I loved the view and would definitely return again. Great value for the money!

Years ago this hotel used to be a run down best western that had seen its day...
I went online to book my hotel for niagara falls and saw that they turned this into a four points...
The pics dont even do this property justice...what a beautiful hotel..The rooms are all modern and updated with the most comfortable king beds, flat screen tvs mounted, brand new everything in the rooms.....the restaurant is also brand new with the best wood fired pizza i have had in a long time...indoor pool, huge work out room just to name a few other things..
Oh ya....Great Staff!!
