The hotel is walking distance to the main strip but far enough away that you are away from the crowds. It needs some updating, but it's a decent place to stay for the price you pay. The only downside is that it doesn't have a pool.

Would never recommend this place to anyone! We found a HUGH cockroach and the owner tried to say it was an outside bug and started playing with it!!!!! He did not even kill it. Horrible! Then to top it all off tried to get out of giving us our money back, very rude!
Just a note to travelers, be warned, do not stay here, we kept the evidence, woke up two kids at midnight to flee from this disgraceful place, thank God I left the dog in the car, do not stay here!!!
Considering the fact that you only stay overnight at Niagara, and spend most of the time outside your hotel, this is a decent option. A little overpriced, though.
The bathroom wasn't in a good condition. the shower almost refused to work..
Everything in the room was a bit dated, but well-kept. Some light bulbs were out.
Get the 3-queen-bed roo. It's spacious but almost the same price as other rooms.
The hotel room stinks,it is very conjusted, the water the in wash basin was very slow, water was not at all going in the sink we had to call the lady for help which they repaired after we left the hotel for sight seeing. If you use flush water will not stop till you lift the nob. Management was also very untidy like the rooms.
