Stayed for 1 night in November 2011 ($100). Check-in was super fast, elevator was crazy slow, parking is free which is great. I booked a week in advance and asked for king size bed but didn't get it because apparently the 7th floor has most king sizes and it was being renovated. So we got 2 queens.
Room is nice, looks modern, hard wood floors, ok beds, good pillows, good TV and enough channels, fridge and freezer available. Downside, the windows didn't open.
The bathroom looked nice but the tub looked like it was 30 years old. We could also hear other people through the bathroom vents I guess... loud and clear. The doors didn't block too much sound either.
Overall, clean and decent for the money we spent and it's really close to the border crossing.
Other downside (not about the hotel itself), Niagara Falls, NY is unbelievably boring!!! WOW! There is NOTHING around! The hotel is 2 min walk from Niagara River, which is beautiful, but on a Saturday evening at 8pm me and my boyfriend were the only ones around. We found about 15 people near the waterfall and that was it! No shops, no bars, no restaurants, no lights, no nothing... just the quiet casino. Very boring... I wish I had stayed on the Canadian side. Next time...
Room Tip: Hotel is being renovated, may not get what you request.
