I have to be in this area once a year or so with my family, and I really liked this hotel. It is clean, the service works to make your stay pleasant, and I feel it is the best option in the area.

Perfect middle of the road hotel. Not to fancy, not too simple. Wish they had a full service restaurant but everything else was very nice. Pool, workout room, bar, friendly staff, and clean. Will stay again.

At this point, I stay at the Hilton Garden so often that the staff -- whom I think are wonderful -- greet me by name.

The hotel is always clean, the staff ALWAYS lets me have a late check-out, and I think the breakfast is wonderful. My only complaint, really, has been that the Internet has been hit-or-miss for me, and I need to work nights while I'm up there.

As a result, after my flight home was canceled, I tried out the Marriott down the street, which had better Internet. But I'll still flip back to this Hilton, I am sure. It's convenient, the folks are super nice and at this point, it's almost a home away from home.

Stayed here at the end of October for 2 nights as a part of a group of us attending a wedding elsewhere – and the arrival day was the unexpectedly heavy snowstorms that hit the East Coast of America. Other hotels in the area were without electricity but thankfully ours remained on. The hotel has a really lovely lobby area built around a fireplace which was the perfect place to sit and wait to ensure the safe arrival of everyone through the blizzard. Staff were very helpful and personable but due to the fact nobody could get out of the hotel the restaurant was overrun and service/food suffered – however service recovery from Melinda was exceptional and the staff need to be congratulated for dealing with such a difficult situation.

The bedroom was a very good size with good heating, large flatscreen TV, plenty of storage/surfaces etc; would have preferred a kettle to a coffee maker but then being English I like my tea! Lovely Neutrogena toiletries and soft towels in the bathroom – I’m not sure if it’s the norm in the US to have such shallow baths but the bath was not good for having a hot soak after being stuck in the blizzard – saying that the shower was lovely.

Wireless internet was a little patchy but served its purpose. There is a larder in the lobby area to purchase bottled drinks, snack food etc which was very handy with the weather.

All in all I would highly recommend this hotel, clean, service orientated, up to date & comfortable – and the staff coped very well in a very difficult situation.
