On the night of Oct 16th I confirmed that there was one room for that evening and Rose, the hotel manager said she would hold my room. Great, now I could take care of my bussiness in town and said I would be in late Saturday night. Once I arrived to the hotel got my key card I was now ready to go to sleep for the night. WRONG!!! when I opened the door to my room I could not believe what I was seeing. I thought that there was still someone staying in this room. There was garbage all over the floor dirty socks and towels, food all about this room. It looked like a rock and roll band was staying there. I then went back to speek with the nice young lady working that evening and expressed my concern. She grabbed new linens for the beds and I and my companians are now housekeeping. Being so tired I did not have the energy to search for a new hotel. The girl said she would do an refund for the room and with that I went to bed. The next morning when time to leave we stopped at front desk to make sure the refund that was promised was indeed refunded. Wrong again!! This time I had the hotel manager (which come to find out is only a title), she called the hotel owner and she said all he would do is take $25 off the price of the room and then said "we would have given me a refund if we did not stay in the room" DUH!!! of course you would I would not pay for a room I did not use. If this is how the days inn treets customers I would hate to be a family member. I am also sending them a bill for the the cleaning service I provided for the room. NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!!!!!!!!!!!
