We stayed 3 nights in the Blue Suite and it was exceptionally clean, large and comfortable with all amenities you could want situated on a quiet residential street. The house is Victorian and well appointed,homey very clean and neat.. Our innkeepers were very nice and helpful. Breakfasts were very good including homemade bread, muffins, with a diverse menu daily that featured fritatas, eggs, pancakes, fresh fruit, juice etc. Would highly recommend Stonegate B&B..

New York City couple

Me and my fiancee wanted a quick little getaway for the end of July, and StoneGate was perfect. The owner's were very sweet. We felt right at home and the decor was really nice. The breakfast was really good, and there was plenty for us to eat.

This was my second stay at Stonegate and it will not be my last. Neil and Jane are the perfect hosts for a beautiful and delicious yet unpretentious escape. Their warmth makes you feel like family. Their house and property are very charming. Each room is beautiful and immaculately kept, from the fresh linens to the antique furniture and the spotless bathrooms. The beds are like sleeping in a cloud. Jane's homemade breakfasts alone are worth the stay. There was a bounty of fresh fruit salad, warm muffins and breads and a delicious frittata along with endless coffee and an assortment of teas. Thank you Neil and Jane! See you next summer.

Our room was exquistely appointed. Our hosts seemed to have anticipated the needs of their guests effortlessly. Breakfast was great! We plan on returning this fall. If you are doing "The Walkway over the Hudson", or the "Rail Trail" or a winery crawl, this is THE place to chill 'n' crash.
