We staued there, getting married at the place. Cosy, idyllic, quiet, good service, +++ Could not have been any better. Bikes for rent, short distance to shop, beach. Breakfast outside on the balcony was served every day. Dream of going back some day.

7 nights Villa de Charme

PROs:

The very location of this establishment, that is the La Digue island, is the most important PRO.
The Villas are beautiful. The decoration and attention to detail can rival any top resort chain worldwide.
The outdoor bathrooms play a crucial role in this.
Good quality dining options, best in La Digue for us, even if we were initially planning not to spend our evenings in the hotel.
Pool area is nice.
Cool bar area in the evening. Too bad they close at 10.30pm.

CONs:

There is still some construction work going on near the beach. The hotel beach itself is disappointing but some of the most beautiful beaches in the world are located close by so this shouldn't be an issue. Get a bike and visit them.
The internet connection in the rooms is a disgrace, do something about it!
Friday and saturday nights are likely to be noisy, there must be some local disco playing all that loud music till 4 am in the morning.
The local band playing live near the dining area was not really our thing. They should stick mostly to local creole songs which they do play well and not attempt to mimic international artists.

Spending a week in La Digue while staying at Le Domaine is a must! Do not expect wild parties and nightlife though.

Have fun in the Seychelles.

We spent three days of our honeymoon at Le Domaine. The whole place has this amazing atmosphere of tranquility. The staff are discreet and unobtrusive, yet always near at hand if you need anything - and very friendly. We decided to go for a Villa de Charme. The extra price tag is a bit steep (we didn't have a choice since the Garden Villas were sold out) but you do get added privacy, an amazing view, and very luxurious accommodation. The outdoor bathroom was particularly nice. The hotel has bikes you can borrow for free, which you should definitely make use of - biking down to Anse Source d'Argent, or up around the tip of the island to the less frequented beaches on the other side. La Passe is walking distance, but there's not much to do there. The main thing with Le Domaine, however, is really the ambiance of the place. Combined with its spectacular location, its discreet staff, and its great food, Le Domaine has conquered the spot at the very top of my personal list of places worldwide.

I stayed at this hotel recently, and was surprised by this stunning hotel. The perfect hotel on La Digue in a peaceful environment. The staff very friendly and the facilities of the hotel are excellent. I fully recommend this hotel
