We have been staying at the Pier for the past 11 years and have found the experience to be enjoyable ,The staff is friendly and informative.Our stays have become better and better every time. The management does a great job training and educating the staff to respond to the guests needs and desires. The General Manager, Mike always goes out of his way to make sure your stay is enjoyable. Rooms are very clean and maid service does a great job keeping up. We look forward to our next visit and recommend the Hotel to all of our friends and family .Keep up the good work.

The room was dirty. The frig was rusty and when you open the door it had pieces missing with insulation exposed. When Hurricne Irene was coming the staff walked around at 2 pm on Thursday 25th and told everybody in the hotel that we had to leave Saturday the 27th. Then we found out Capy May County issued a mandatory evacuation for all visitors for Thursday the 25th. Then the hotel only credited us for Friday. What a joke a an out dated hotel. I will never stay at this place again.

THEY DO NOT EVEN CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH AND HONOR CAPE MAY COUNTY EVACUATION.

My family and friends were here on Labor Day wkend for a wedding on the beach. We had a group of about 40 people, all located on the 5th floor. There were times when we were a bit loud and management was very polite in asking us to keep it down. Mike and his group from front desk to maid service were polite and courtious to all of us from day 1.
Thank you all for making our stay a memorable one.

loved the beach front location cant go wrong with that but if they would update this hotel it would be a gem..room was gross but wasnt in it very often so it didnt matter
