Stayed there a few years ago it was the cleanest place I have seen the rooms are nice and the staff was the best we really loved our male maid I think his was daryl.. he made our stay one of the best we ever had hope to see him again when we return...the view was the best...thumbs up to the Roy family keep up the good work .

This motel has everything you need for an outstanding vacation. A beautiful pool, very nice outdoor area to relax as well as bbq grill & tables for family gatherings. Great sand area for the little kiddies. Not to mention the beach is across the street. Couldn't ask for anything more! There is something for everyone here!

I have been driving from North Carolina to the VIP every Memorial Day weekend for the last 3 years to meet my family and friends for a fun filled weekend. My family has been going to the VIP for over 30 years with their children and now they go with their grandchildren! It's a very family orientated Motel. They have a hugh Pirate ship with a sand box, swings,a very clean heated poo and shuffle boardl. We all get together by the pool in the day and then we use the Large BBQ and hang around the large patio with umbrealls at night and eat family style with about 30 friends and family. It's the highlight of my year to go back home to NJ and see my mom, sister cousins and friends. Each year more and more extended family joins the party at the VIP. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with plenty of cabinets, stove and everything you need to cook. Every year they remodel a room or two. The boardwalk is a bit of a walk but we enjoy it and the beach is 1 block away. There also a cool park on the corner for the kids to go throw a ball or watch the free concerts every year during Memorial Day weekend. I'm booking my room in a few weeks for Memorial day again this year.

My family and I came to this hotel as a referral from one of the firefighters at my husband house, we only have stayed twice but will not go anywhere else after staying here. It is clean, friendly and very relaxing. I love that it is away from the main pier and right across the street from the beach(well a block and a half) also right across the stret is a stage where they have daily events in the summer. I love the fact that this place is family owned and they are super accommadating and friendly. The rooms have always been clean. I really like that fact that this is a really family oriented hotel, you can bbq, play in the pool and hang out in your chairs and noone stresses you out. We will be coming back for sure!!!
