We rented a room for one night We were vacationing and visiting from CT. Upon arriving at our room we pulled back the bedding and there was a hugh dried blood stain on the sheets!!! We also found the pillows horribly stained!!! The sink was clogged and the toilet wouldnt flush unless you held it down. After complaining to the mgtmt..we were acuused of having men in our room and threatened with the police. We even invited the mgr to check the room to see that we were all females in the room.. To make matters worst upon check out in the am another Customer was complaining that they found maggots in thier bed!!!!!!!! I will be reporting this place to the NJ Health Department ASAP!!!!

People were very nice, cleaningladies were so cute, and the people working there, I loved it!
We were coming all the way from Norway, to stay at Knights Inn. And loved it! Only one problem, really. There were a lot of "bad" noice during days and nights from other rooms. Guess they had their little "time out" now and again.
Beside that, the rooms were clean, and we had all we needed to have a nice stay. Even the Sayerville Police were great!!!! So, I am planning another trip soon, and be sure I will choose the same place to stay. Thank you so much.:-)

Out of necessity I happened to crash at this place with family. (Our car broke in the middle of night near this place during ThX giving travel).
Our toddler wanted milk in the middle of the night..and the staff was able to make arrangements for it.
Room was clean and not bad for a family with toddler. Hot water in the shower and cozy bed with no outside noise - that’s all you need when you are tired , and it was all there.

I am not racial or prejudice, but the guy who owns the place if from India, he sets standerds for his hotel as if it is located in a third world county. The rooms were out dated but ok just to crash at. The owner provides no shampoo to any of his guest, and when confronted, becomes argumentive. Knights Inn advertises that this rag of a hotel provides a continental breakfast, which consists of coffee and toast. The milk for the coffee was rancant, curled up in my coffee. The owner agrued it was fine, when he poured it out, chunks flowed from the container. He still claimed it was fine. Maybe in India, but not in the US. I will never say her again. I would like to say you get what you pay for, but this place, eventhough cheap, was not that cheap, and the experiance was dreadfull.
