A bad review always stands out so, We would like to say,
We are sorry to hear that someone has been unhappy with their stay! My wife and I do not like to see or hear of anyone leaving our establishment without having enjoyed themselves!
There are a few comments that I would like to make.

Let's start with the most important complaint of cleanliness!
I and my wife personally inspect all of the rooms because this, above all is very important to us.
We recieve compliments on a daily basis about how clean our rooms are. Thank You for all of your Great Reviews!

All of our carpets are no more than two years old. We have installed all new mattresses this year. All of our Bathrooms are Tile!
Besides building a new pool.
The entire building was painted last year 2009 along with many other renovations. We have been here for 14 years and are constantly updating everything. We are however a Motel that has been here since the 1950's and are Seasonal. I have to admit that the paneling in the rooms is probably from the 1980's but, we try to focus on the importance of Clean Rooms, Good Mattresses and Air Conditioning! We rarely have anyone complain of the Decor!

We DO have a cancellation policy with a one night cancellation fee. If there is a cancellation less than 2 WEEKS from your arrival. This is typical of ALL Motels at the New Jersey Shore. Most other Resort areas are more.

We do NOT have rooms for two people that are more than $145.00 per night (our rates are posted on our Web site) Additional people in a room are @ $10.00 per night.

WE do not offer wireless Internet but, a company called BamNet has made us a HotSpot for the surrounding area. They do charge a fee of $6.99 per day (24 hrs.) for a "Secure" connection to the Internet. We have no affiliation with BamNet or control over your connection.
