Contacted hotel as saw a better deal for this hotel on Hotels.com asked them if they would allow me to book through them and was told they would not honour the deal. I asked them about their better prices guarantee and was advised that it only applies if you book on their IHG website???? Absolutely ridiculous and disappointing will book on Hotels.com

I am very happy with my stay here. They are very fast and polite. I booked only 1 night and I regret for not staying longer. My son and husband had an Awsome time in the pool. There breakfast is delicious. I am very pleased with my stay and I am planning my next trip back here. So close to new York but the toll a little expensive at 12.00 but has nothing to do w the hotel. Thank you to the staff for a great stay. I will Be back

We stayed at this hotel during holidays 2011 for four nights to visit NYC with our 2 childrens (4 and 1). We've been surprised by the quality and location of the hotel. The price is a lot cheaper than Manhattan hotels and we got a perfect services, clean and quiet room, and just 15 minutes from Times Square (bus #163). Please take note : the bus is actually a coach one, so this is not easy if you have strollers or any big luggage to take with you. Breakfast and parking are free. There is also a laundry and a pool onsite (good for families!). There is a microwave and a small fridge in each rooms. There is a supermarket nearby up Paterson Plank Road (5 minutes driving) .

took my family away-xmas break(3 of us)used my priority points to stay free, the whole trip was to see new york, free parking here a bonus,beds uncomfortable, i was told no view of city,but some rooms did have views, small indoor pool,no ventilation in tiny gym room,too much new staff at once during busy season. should have cancelled my reservation,totally unhappy
