My fiance and I stayed just one night during the off-season and we appreciated the friendly owners, quiet location and clean room. I spend my summers in Barnegat Light as a kid and was amazed to find that the town really has not changed at all in almost 40 years! I felt like I had gone back in time and had to keep reminding myself I was only 2 hours from Manhattan! The only nearby restaurant open during our stay, Kubel's, actually had excellent food.

These rooms were very clean and spacious. Good sized beds but a bit too firm for me. Included beach passes, mini fridge etc. Very friendly staff/owners. Great location.

We just came back from here. We wanted some place to spend a few days that was clean, quiet and near things and this was perfect.

Great location--walking distance to the beach (take the tram if you have little children or a lot of stuff), the lighthouse, restaurants, shops. The room was spotless and a good size, the owners were very friendly and helpful and it's so quiet. Never heard anything from the people on either side even though one of them had little children, and it's very reasonably priced, considering we went at peak time.

We'd never been to Long Beach Island before; we loved it and this hotel was one of the reasons why--we will certainly be back!

Stayed here for 5 days with my boyfriend and brother. Rooms were nice and very clean. We were so close to the beach, but the hike from the road to the ocean was a long one. They offer shuttles every 30 minutes (which we did not know). Always had a parking spot. The only downside was that we were so far away from everything on the other end of the island, we were always driving! But the hotel itself was great.
