“Weekend Getaway”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed 22 September 2011

Not as advertised. The website just shows the front of the building where the lobby is....not the rooms that are basically a redecorated motel. Our room was in the back of the lobby on the ground floor....it was very, very tiny and basic, like an old time motel room. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful with directions to drive into town.
Breakfast was not good and the breakfast area in nowhere near big enough for the amount of people staying at the Inn. Didn't bother to take a shower in the cramped bathrooom...just go out of there quickly and showered at home.

“Not a Red Roof anymore. STAY AWAY”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 5 August 2011

Horrible beds. "Second building" where there's no wifi. Rooms floor not level. Beds on plywood slats where they've ripped out the queen sized and replaced them with doubles. Furnishings look like they came from a yard sale. Staff has "reservations" in scribble on loose sheets of paper. Warning sign on sink that it will take "minutes" to get hot water. Very deceptive advertising. Total rip off.

“One of the worst Inns in the US”

I did not even think twice about booking a room at the Red Roof in because in the past I had a decent experience. Unfortunately, this property is a disgrace to the brand. The common areas had not been maintained for years. The carpets were stained and god knows when there had been fresh paint. The entire place reeked of disinfectant. Our room 211 had stained carpet and sheets that were dingy with cigarette burns. Other members of our party were in rooms with water damage and even funnier a full size refrigerator. All the rooms smelled of smoke and disinfectant. To top off the whole experience in the middle of the night there was a party in the parking lot with a bonfire and loud music. On a positive note the A/C worked and the girl at the desk was friendly. This place is beyond not worth the $110.00 charged for the room. Avoid this place at all costs we were stuck because we had to attend a wedding an the other options of places to stay were full.

“Staff and Managment are top notch”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 12 November 2010

I stayed at the Red Roof Inn for two nights. The room was neat and clear, and when I needed to go into the town that was 20 miles away, the manager gave me "spot on" direction. Much better than the GPS. I would stay there again.

“Best Value, Better People”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 24 September 2010

I have stayed there several times and cannot say enough about the people. Always ready to help and go out of there way to make a difference. The hotel was clean and met all our standards. We had a great nights sleep and the coffee was outstanding. We have already booked several future dates.
