This hotel deserves the positive reviews for cleanliness, location, and nice rooms/tvs, but as far as hospitality? It's awful. In fact, we cannot recall a time when we have encountered such rudeness from a front desk clerk like we did at this place. While checking in, my husband asked a simple question about the room arrangements. At the time we made the reservation, we asked for connecting rooms, so he was just double checking if the request could be granted because she had made no mention of it yet in her procedures to check us in. Instead of simply explaining in a kind way that there were none available at the time, the front desk clerk rolled her eyes and quickly snapped at him. As she was finishing the check-in, she turned around and mumbled something to her colleague and laughed...all right in front of us. It was unbelievable that she would be so outwardly rude. He had done nothing to deserve this treatment other than just be friendly and ask a simple question. If we could have turned and walked out then, we would have. We will be back in the Lebanon/Hanover area again in four months, and we will definitely choose another place to stay. We stayed for two nights here, and if we could have left to go home sooner we would have.
