Pros: The hotel is very clean and newer than most with good mattresses and good water pressure in the shower.
Cons: The air conditioner fan cuts on and off all night and is very loud..waking me all through the night. Plus, for some reason there is WAY too much furniture in our room, we have a built in closet PLUS two free-standing closets. You can hardly squeeze through the walkway to the bathroom. We learned tonight that the local university is using this hotel as a dorm so that is probably why so many closets. I do not hear anyone however, so that is a plus. There are no refrigerators, safes, or extra sink/mirrors etc...Also, even though the wireless internet is free it's EXTREMELY slow and very frustrating. For the one reason alone that it is 3am and I am mad enough to write this review because I can't sleep with the cutting off and on of the AC, I would never stay here again.

My husband and I recently stayed at the Fairfield Inn & Suites. We wanted a base to travel round New Hampshire and couldn't have chosen a better venue to stay. The hotel staff were very friendly and polite and very helpful.

The continental buffet breakfast was certainly sufficient to start the day. The heated hotel pool, although small, was refreshing after a day walking. The cleanliness was first class.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to visit New Hampshire. It is just about half a mile from Junction 9 and is ideally placed.

I stayed here while attending a large lively conference in downtown Manchester. What a nice quiet place. Everything was comfortable, and I even got a "welcome" email from the manager before I arrived.

Between the emails directly from the hotel offering us area information and the great service from the team, I'm sold on this hotel. The bed was comfortable and the rooms were quiet. It has better service than most full service Marriotts.
