The hotel is close to the Interstate north of Manchester and is in an area that seems it has not seen much care recently. However, the hotel itself is in excellent shape as is the surrounding property and very safe. The hotel personnel are extremely friendly and helpful. For example, we used the laundry (also very clean) and accidentally spilled a lot of soapy water on the floor. Immediately, the problem was taken care of! There is a nice carry-out restaurant nearby for those who like to relax and eat in the hotel ("Puritan Backroom"), serving excellent caesar salads. Breakfast was weak, though. There were no eggs of any kind, so we had bagels alone. When I asked about eggs I was told they were "all out." This was at 9 am.

Easy Access off 93N we found this Fairfield, (one of the newer generation of this brand) very bright clean and well-appointed. Suggest requesting rear of building as road side was a bit noisy. Room 103 had no room number sign and Lindsey at desk seemed ambivalent about that but was courteous and matter of fact about confirming which room was ours. Turned out to be a very nice suite. We will be back.

We've stayed previously twice in the past and had a wonderful experience which is why we returned.
My two complaints are an excess room charges on my MC that the desk said they cannot remedy for two weeks and housekeeping entering the room at 8:45 unannounced every ten minutes until we felt forced to leave at 10:30. We had been up most of the night with a barking dog scratching at a nearby door and the sleep would have been nice. Front desk was not very helpful.

I lucked out when my sub $50 bid resulted in this offering. The room is nice and clean, acceptable complimentary breakfast, nice amenities such as an indoor pool, and good staff. Is it worth whatever their full price is? I don't know, but for what I paid I'm very satisfied. It's not a four star hotel by any means, but it definitely exceeds bargain chains.
