I went through the hotel website to book this hotel and on one of the web page was asked to enter my credit card detail for paymnet. I entered those detail and was the amount was immedaitely deducted from my credit card. However, I later discovered that there is another lower discount rates and I called up the hotel but was unable to get those lower rates. The hotel was very very determined that I paid them the higher rates that I booked earlier as they have already got my money in their pocket. I have not choice but to go with it. Later ii learnt that in their hotel website, you can also book the hotel without getting your money deducted so you have more control. So be careful how you book the hotel.

This is a very average hotel and breakfast is the same everyday. Choice of breakfast is very small. However, the hotel and the furiture are new and the room are clean. The front line staff are also helpful. I also noticed that in some of the rooms, the windows make a lot of noise due to strong wind blowing against it. Overall, the hotel will provide you the basic necessity if you are not looking for amenities of a higher end hotel.

I stayed at this hotel recently. It's exactly what one would expect from a Holiday Inn Express. The property is relatively new, the rooms adequately furnished and there is a full breakfast in the breakfast bar in the morning. All the food is preprocessed. nothing cooked to order, but as I said, this is just what one would expect from Holiday Inn Express.

The gentleman that was supposed to be manning the front desks evidently didn't care for his job as he was lounging in the breakfast bar area when i walked in. Service was sub par as far as he was concerned. I'd recommend that management tell their employees that staying AT their post is part of the job and not just a suggestion.

This hotel is relatively new. The front desk was very helpful as far as recommending restaurants in the area. The breakfast was kind of sparse. Rooms were clean and just OK. Could use a little more cozy feeling.

Stayed here duirng the Death Ride Bike Ride and thought they increased their prices just for that weekend. The room was small and very average. The refrigerator didn't seem to close very well and the breakfast in the morning was poor. The eggs seem processed. The hotel appeared to be fairly new. Probably would not stay here again. Visited the fitness center and the rowing machine seat did not adjust, even after we called the front desk to help us out.
