“Great Stay!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 11 February 2012

Wow where to start....

We got the room on sale as a "hidden deal" on expedia.com. We want to try something new. This Hotel was great.

We didnt have strip view room but we over looked the Wynn's golf course so we had a nice view anyways. The bed.... Oh My God.... My mission is buy one (they offer them for sale through the manufactor) it was great. I loved the room, the bathroom and everything about it. We were on the 17th floor.

I loved the Pool area. It was large and there was always chairs free.

I loved having all the options with the canal shops. You didnt have to leave the hotel often except to explore. They had everything in hotel from a walgreens to jewelry stores. A great breakfast place was the Grand Lux Cafe, had lots of options and wasnt badly priced. Having the food court area was nice for a quick bite. The hotel and canal shops were always busy.

We drove down, there was always security roaming the parking area, which was free.

We seen Phantom and I didnt really like it, I am more a Cirque fan.

I will being staying here again, so far it was one of my favorites!

There is not one thing to complain about with this hotel. The hotel was newer, clean, and very well attended to. The smaller pool was amazing-had hot tubs, free cool polar water, a bar, and was very private. I absolutely loved walking through the dimly lit hall with gas candle lights and music playing to our wing off the main hotel. The bathroom was very clean and updated.

“Excellent Experience”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 10 February 2012

Fantastic experience from the moment we arrived. While the hotel is extremely large and caters for thousands of guests however you are made feel welcome and special. The services within the hotel are vast and there is something for everyone, the hotel also provides additional events and we were lucky enough to experience their Bordeaux wine festival launch which was brilliant especially when you enjoy fine wines as I do. We really enjoyed the liesure facilities and there was always space by the pool and the drinks service was very good. The SPA is also worth a visit. The Venetian is certainly the only place to stay when visiting Las vegas, finally the staff are excellent and each member we interacted with went above and beyond to ensure we were enjoying our stay. Thank you

“Quality Hotel in Vegas”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 9 February 2012

I stayed here a few nights for a business meeting in the same hotel and enjoyed my stay. The hotel is very clean, the staff and service is excellent, the rooms are large and very comfortable with nice large bathrooms and 3 TVs, although none if them are huge. The hotel room was very quiet and I never heard anyone else. There is internet in the room for a fee. The casino is pretty nice and similar to many of the other nicer hotels. The restaurants are all quality, again like the other nicer hotel casinos. I would stay here again if the price was comparable.

Room Tip: High floor away from elevator

“Average, and starting to show its age”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 9 February 2012

I stayed at the Venetian Feb 2012 for 3 nights in a Bella "View" suite for $199 per night Sun-Wed. The room was only on the 9th floor, and even though they claim a "strip view" (which I paid extra for), my view was of a parking garage, the rooftop of part of the hotel, and part of the Mirage tower. No lights, nothing to let you know you're in Vegas. The room was very average and dated. To call it a "suite" is a stretch, since the only difference from a standard hotel room was a small area with a couch and extra TV. The bathroom door handle was hanging partway off and broke off the first time I touched it. Linens were fine and climate control worked well and was very quiet. Flat panel TVs were a bit small (I guess 37"), but there was an HDMI port that you can find if you search the underside of the TV. I hooked up my MacBook Pro and watched videos (>>NOTE The "Input" button on the remote is not functional - you must tune the TV to channel 65 to view the HDMI input source).

Overall an average room not really in line with the newer resorts (Aria, Cosmopolitan), which can be had for similar prices.

Room Tip: If you reserve a "View" suite, specify at check-in that you want a view of the strip to th...
