Arrived jan 28 for one night seemless checkin at 2 pm on a sat aft i had booked a stripview room through amex fhr and all the benefits that come with that were explained to me at check-in previous posts had complained of a dated room i didnt find that at all sure when i stayed here a few years ago it looks the same as it does now but they keep the common area and rooms in bristol condition. i had dinner at the veranda sat nite it was excellent try the italian donuts for desert aft dinner i went and saw brad paisley at the mandalay great show gambled then retreated back to the calm and serenity of the FS sun breakfast buffet at the veranda was so good everything you could want and more. checking out to go to the bellagio for 4 days of meetings hate to leave look for bellagio review.

“Oasis in the Desert !!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 3 February 2012

We loved our stay at the Four Seasons, it a classy hotel away from the busy Vegas strip and such a contrast to the other hotels which makes it so nice to come back to ! The foyer was always so peaceful & quiet, we were always greeted with a "welcome back" at the door by the doormen and there weren't hundreds of people hanging around in the foyer as there is no casino in this hotel - hooray !! You do get tired of walking though all those casinos & all that smoke !!
Our Four Seasons room was incredible, the floor to ceiling windows are huge stretching about 8 metres long, it was like something out of the movies. And as the Four Seasons Hotel sits at the top of Mandalay Bay Hotel, it means all the rooms are on a high floor starting at about Level 35, which makes for spectacular views !!
The staff were very professional & helpful and we were always greeted with a smile. We dined in Verandah one evening during their 5-7pm cocktail hour & once again the staff were excellent. The rooms were cleaned impeccably. A lovely touch for our kids having a box of popcorn each & a bottle of sprite awaiting them when we checked into our room, together with their names spelt out on foam cut outs in the bathroom, what a lovely touch !! I wish all hotels were as good as this one, we've stayed at hotels all over the world and this is the BEST by far !!!

“Serenity on The Strip”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 2 February 2012

The Four Seasons is tucked away atop Mandalay Bay. I was surprised to learn this when I arrived. The lobby is beautiful and isn't typical tacky Vegas. Physically lives up to the Four Seasons name. I was most impressed with the employees at the hotel. The service I received was always genuine and personal, which is unusual for hotel staff in Vegas.

Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner was experienced all at the hotel restaurant. The menu was very imaginative and well executed. The pool food was good too.

“except for my cell phone usage”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 1 February 2012

A wonderful and personal first class experience in an elegant hotel. Probably one of the most friendly, courteous and efficiently staffed hotels in the world. It is affordable elegance, but the true difference is the total avoidance of cumbersome lines and a noisy crowded lobby.
Check the cost of every call before you dare dial that phone. It will cost an immediate $12.50 just for connecting outside of the local area.

Room Tip: You must not have a room facing the airport to avoid that noise. There is a one way door from the l...

“A stopover stay”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 30 January 2012

Recently I had the chance, while on my way to LA, to stopover for the night in Las Vegas. My wife and I were lucky enough to stay at Four Season's property on the strip. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. It was almost embarassing how much attention we recieved, but none the less, it was amazing!

We decided to dine in the casual restaurant, Verandah, and it was, like the rest of the stay a plesant experience. I have to admit though, we ordered lighter fare and were not overly impressed. It just seemed like it parts of the dinner were prepped too far in advance and not as fresh as they could have been. The service was prompt, courtious and pleasant.

The rooms were very well appointed as you would expect at a Four Seasons, we had an amazing view of the strip and the beds were comfortable. I appreciate the newer style of coffee dispensers in the room (Krueg's single serve) but they're too loud. My wife was sleeping so I felt that I had to venture to the lobby for my morning fix, not my favorite thing to do when I first wake up is have to ride an elevator and encouter others in the lobby when I"m still in my "PJ's". I think there has to be a better solution.

Overall, though, we enjoyed our stay and send a big thank you to the staff. You were all so nice, we appreciate all your hard work!!
