“Great MGM hotel bad housekeeping service with blue chip”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 12 February 2012

Overall love this hotel as an MGM property. As far as blue chip not the best. Couldn't check in until 3 no matter if the room was ready (hotel usually let's you within reason). Have to call for housekeeping and lady was rude acted like she couldn't bring us just towels and toiletries. Left for the day came back with no towels unmade beds etc. what are we paying this much for to not get the same service as the hotel would provide its customers? I would just book through another site is my advice.

“Quiet, Clean & No Smoke!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 12 February 2012

Since my last stay in October 2011 all areas are non-smoking, including the pool and balconies - if you want to smoke, then do yourself & everyone a favour & stay elsewhere. The layout for each suite is generally the same (junior suite 520ft², 1 bed suite 874ft², & 2 bed suite 1394ft²), but some have wheelchair accessible bathrooms, and some have balconies. The view is strip (north west) or pool (south east). Rooms have kitchenettes or full kitchens, so you can experience some "home cooking" if your craving it after all the prepared options in Las Vegas. Room service is also available. The property features 3 pools (one for each tower, but you can use any/all pools that are open), plus you can use the MGM™ grand pool complex. The pools are seasonal, so during this stay the tower 3 pool was the only pool for all signature towers & the entire MGM™ grand. An indoor walkway connects to the MGM™ grand. If you prefer to walk to the strip directly, then head out the main gate and walk west down Harmon St. A vehicle is not necessary, but it's recommended as all the casinos have free parking and the valet service at the signature is great; you'll also have no need to complain that this property was too far as some other reviewers have done - take note: the strip is 4.5 miles from Mandalay Bay to the Stratosphere Hotel. You'll either be walking to the casinos directly or walking via the parkade, or walking after a taxi/bus/monorail ride, but you will have to walk! The signature does charge a "resort fee." Internet and 2 bottles of water per day are "free." There is no gaming in the MGM™ signature complex. I've only encountered two minor issues while staying at the signature and they were resolved to my satisfaction. I highly recommend this property.

Room Tip: North West rooms face the strip, South East rooms face the MGM™ grand pool complex & Wet Republi...

I booked this hotel hoping to suprise my husband because he likes to stay in top of the line hotels.Yes "we" were surprised. The hotel room meet his expecations and more. The staff was great. We loved the walk. One of the best things I liked is that we did not have the casino and all the smoke to deal with. I will return back.

“good walking exercise”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 12 February 2012

It is located a bit of a walk from the main mgm but it was worth while as it was quiter and away from the strip hotels. It is accesible by covered walkway which is comfortable. We took a bus from disneyland and we arrived at Harrahs. from harrah's we took the monorail to mgm, which was easy and cheap for a family of 6. The lions were going to be removed. They did look tired anyway. pity. David coperfield was worthwhile watching.

“Excellent stay, great value, large rooms, awesome balcony view, spotty internet.”

Wow, this has been a great stay so far. I only have three complaints and will get those out of the way first. The internet connectio is horrible, that is why I am using my droid to post this review. It's been disconnected for 10 min now and I have the ethernet cable plugged in. The valet is annoying, takes a long time and u have to tip. But the plus side is u never have to fight for parking. Th walk to the casino or the strip takes 10 min.
On the plus sides, the room is gorgeous! Love a fridge I can use for baby formula and drinks. Nice appliances and tv. Small tv in bathroom is hit or miss, wish it was over the tub. The view from our 24th floor balcony is great! The fitness room has nice equipment, free water and fruit. The pool area is nice but half of it was closed so it was pretty crowded in the hot tub. The maids here are great, even folded my clothes and renewed everything today.
I got an awesome deal on vegas.com, plus 20% off with costco giftcards and used 20$ off internet promo, making it about $110/nt then the $22 resort fee. Not bad for a weekend stay. Weather's perfect, 67 deg outside! Would stay again. Our other go to place is red rock resort, nice but can't use their fridge and far from strip. But we were able to get that place for $67/nt on a weekend. We prefer that location for rock climbing at red rock canyon.
