This hotel has typical Marriott quality. Superb cleanliness, great contemporary decor, excellent staff. Everything you would expect from a Marriott property. This property though is sort of different. It's a timeshare property, which is nice because you can get a studio, 1br, 2 br, and 3br. OR, if you're not a timeshare renter, you can just pay for the stay like you would a hotel, by the night. Dollar for dollar, if you go this route, you get a good bang for the buck. The best things about this hotel were: Marriott quality, reasonable price, LOCATION. It's in the middle of everything, you can walk just about anywhere on the Strip from here. The free valet parking is nice. The 'Marketplace' in the lobby is like a mini-Walgreens and has all sorts of handy things from food to beer to souveniers to ice cream and lip balm, and STARBUCKS. The only real downside to the property was the Pool. It's awesome that it's on the roof, 38 stories up - awesome view. But the fact that it's like a 3' pool , and very small, sort of stinks. If you want an awesome pool, don't stay here. But if that's not important - this is a great hotel in really every other way.
In talking with some of the employees, i heard that they're building another tower, which will have a restaurant, ANOTHER pool, and a larger Marketplace. I have a feeling when that is done, this property will be nearly perfect.

Stayed here with my buddies for a bachelor's party in a 3 room suite ( 1-2 bedroom with an attached 1 bedroom) on the 10 th floor. It was a great experience. We had about 7 guys in the suite so it was great that there were 3 bathrooms. The room had a nice living room and dining table which was great when we had about 13 guys pregaming in the suite. The kitchen with a full size fridge was handy to store our cases of beer and mix. Beds comfortable,views of the strip was awesome. Short walk across the street to miracle mile mall and planet Hollywood. Only complaints from most of the guys was the crappy pool and that they had to walk to PH for casino gambling.

I only have two bad things to say about this hotel, one being that the pool sucks. It's small and always crowded with people no matter the time of day. If you want a decent pool head across the street to Planet Hollywood, they let you use their pool. Second, the beds could be comfier, the pillows aren't great. Other then that the hotel is amazing, the location is perfect for the price point.

I stayed here with 5 other girlfriends including my two sisters, for a Bachlorette Party! We were here for 3 days & two nights & I was pleasantly surprised of the wonderful, BIG room view of the Vegas night life!!!!!! I had never been to Vegas before so we were on a budget and this room was VERY BIG for 6 girls & everything was nice. MEGA comfortable, big beds, spacious living area, big TV (not that we watched it bc we were partying) & Big kitchen. We appreciated the big fridge bc we brought alot of our drinks. The bathrooms are so gorgeous-the glass shower was amazing! We all fought for who would have that bathroom :p Vegas nightlife was two blocks away, much closer than it sounds. So, not in the highly busy traffic street area, but around the corner, so us walking there was no big deal. Across the street is the mall & after that is the busy, fun night life. We had a lengthly time with the front desk figuring out, calculating the pay between the 6 of us between different payments, & they stayed professional, & very helpful in making this as easy as possible. Such a great experience, no complaints!
