Plenty of parking, no car valet on site/or needed, location is 25+ minutes from The Strip. Check in was smooth and JP (front desk rep) offered a genuine welcome and overview of the property. He upgraded me to a suite. Room was large and had full kitchen, comfortable bed, large shower (no tub), ample work space. The workout room was large and contained modern aerobic equipment. Rate was reasonable. I'll stay here again if working in the Summerlin area. I really enjoyed the NO Smoking rule for the whole property, especially after staying at Westin night before on The Strip. I also liked the soap and shampoo at the Element, not heavily scented and lots of it. I didn't have breakfast on site.

Traveled with my wife, and stayed here over a weekend. Awesome breakfast buffet. Wonderful staff. Very impressed.

The SPG hotels are our go to hotel chain..... we can usually be assured that we will have a comfortable bed without the lumps and fallen support that you experience at other hotels. This was not a disappointment. We stayed in a studio king room which has a kitchen and full sized frig. Free Wifi, breakfast, and PET FRIENDLY...... Perfect for us! Though there were several pets on the property, we didn't really hear any in their rooms..... Though we did hear the heavy footed neighbors above us.

My family stayed here recently while visiting family, staying in two rooms.The property is small, but very comfortable and lovely and smoke free. Our rooms were modern, clean and maximized for size and function. Both rooms had a kitchenette with a full sized refrigerator, oven and microwave. The purpose of our trip was to visit family living close by, so the kitchen was barely used, but very nice to have. We did have a problem with allergies from the down comforter that I missed on the first night, but a quick call to housekeeping solved that. Every employee from the desk to housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful.
A wonderful continental breakfast is served M-F, including egg sandwiches, cereals, mini muffins, and the best smoothie shots. On weekends, trays of eggs, sausage and pancakes are added. Loved the breakfast! Only thing I would change is the addition of fresh fruit, but the dried fruit and smoothies helped.
The rooms overlooking the pool were very quiet. We did have one night there was a party downstairs in the lobby area that had music blasting beyond loud. It was right below us, so we felt it through the walls of our room. We were so tired, it didn't keep us up, so we didn't complain. I think it ended at 10 pm, but I had earplugs, so I'm not sure. I guess if you are staying over a Saturday, and it is important to sleep early that night (not often in LV) ask to be in a room away from any parties planned.
We would definitely stay here again. We love going to Red Rock, Bonnie Springs and Valley of Fire, and this is close to that without going through LV traffic. The Strip is only 20 minutes away for casinos, shopping and shows.
