“Lovely rooms, pleasant staff, shame about the train noise”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 11 February 2012

This was my second stay at the Trump and after staying in standard hotel rooms it is wonderful to walk through the doors into the huge Trump rooms.
The staff are always polite and helpful. I did have to wait 45 minutes to get my bags sent up to my room and 45-60 minutes for maintenance to attend when I discovered the stove wasn’t functional, which was quite disappointing. To be fair, the lobby was very busy when I arrived so the delay in luggage arrival is understandable.
From memory I stayed on the 36th floor last year, this year on the 25th in the exact same location in the hotel. Being lower certainly impacted on the train noise levels, where previously I found the train unobtrusive, this time around it woke me up every night (the 2:30am train driver sure does love blasting the horn). I had hoped to pay a little extra to upgrade to a strip view room on check in (I booked through Priceline so was unable to reserve a Strip View) but unfortunately this wasn’t offered, the hotel seemed to be at capacity. The beds in this hotel are the best I’ve ever slept on, thankfully getting back to sleep is no trouble.
I was happy to see that the Fashion Show Drive crosswalk has been moved to the front of the hotel, it is much more convenient and safer now than it was this time last year.
I would definitely return for another stay at the Trump, but would not stay in the same room or lower as this year.

Room Tip: The higher up the better, I would book a strip view to avoid the train noise.

“Considering the money we saved by having a kitchen, it was great”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 11 February 2012

The main reason we stayed at the Trump was because it had a kitchen and refridgerator as we have seen and heard about the outrageous prices for food in Las Vegas. We figured that if we cooked at least one to two meals a day, we would save over $100 per day in food costs for our family of four. This paid off for us, we took a grand canyon trip the first day and bought food at the grocery store when we returned. The rooms at the Trump are very nice, top notch. My only complaint is that the Trump is in a rather poor location, there is a nice shopping mall adjacent to it but there is nothing on the other side. It is situated across from the Wynn/Encore but you really have to walk to get to where most of the attractions are. If you have a car to drive in Vegas, it's a perfect location as you can easily drive to where you want to go. I would stay here again.

Room Tip: Take advantage of the kitchen if you want to save on the food costs (which are very high in Las Vega...

“Nice hotel, quite hotel with no casino”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 11 February 2012

I stayed with my wife and our 2 teenager daughters in a suite on Trump Tower. Vey spacious, confortable and luxurous rooms. Service was fast and efficient. The great point for me i sthat there is no casino in the hotel, so we don't need to see the gambling all the time we're entering or leaving the hotel. We can take the hotel shutle to the Caesars Palace or to the Winn, and being in a Casino. The breakfast was just ok, not every days thet have the buffet for breakfast.
The bed for the kis are horrible, not suitable for a 5 star hotel.

“So In Love”

The first time we visited the Trump was July 2009 and I was 8 months pregnant and it was the best experience ever that we came back July 2011 and plan on going back July 2012. This hotel is awesome. The room is beautiful the views whether your in a city view or strip view is awesome. The beds are so relaxing that we just slept our first day in Vegas away. The tub and shower so both so great you do not want to get out. Room service is great everything we ordered was delicious. There are so many places to choose from in Vegas but our heart is at the Trump.

“Very relaxing and a nice respite from the Las Vegas Strip”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 10 February 2012

Attended a conference headquartered at the Trump International Hotel in Las Vegas - room was quite ample for our needs and included a microwave oven, quite large refrigerator and a cook top (a bit odd - never used - primarily for tea as a teapot was also included). Room was comfortable and well maintained as is the property in general. We stayed at a particularly unbusy time and so there was never any waiting and service was exceptional. If you are seeking a nice hotel without a casino in Sin City, this is the place!

Room Tip: Higher floors obviously have the better views!
