We had a great experience at this hotel. The room was recently renovated and really nice with comfortable beds adn linens. The check in and out process were great with nice staff. And the lobby is lovely. This was a great surprise to find such a nice hotel.

We chose to stay at this newly remodelled Best Western instead of the larger Casino hotel down the street and were very happy with our choice. It's dog-friendly ($15/night) and the gov't rate was fantastic. The rooms are new, with lush beds and comfy sheets and towels. The shower head was amazing and super high! The complimentary breakfast included both hot and cold options. Loved it!

I was not quite sure what to expect from Elko. We had never been here before and were concerned that the remoteness of the area meant more modest lodging. This facility was a pleasant surprise. The indoor pool was large and the exercise room was better than usual. We were upgraded to a jacuzzi room, which was nice. The desk staff were quite nice.

The only downsides were minor ones and ones better told to the facility and not for general criticism. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we would definitely stay again.

Very clean, surprisingly large room. Beds were comfortable, linen was fine. Free wifi. This room had a great shower. I loved it after a long day of driving. Breakfast in the morning was typical and fine continental, but I do like those waffle irons. I recommend this hotel for those who find themselves in Elko.
