You will soon discover there is not much in Beatty.
Motel 6 was clean but lobby dreary and staff mostly younger who are nice
but dont understand much customer service.

High speed internet fastest i have seen in ages
Queen bed rooms are tiny , they could use a couch in them
As others have said no shampoo but water pressure awesome

Overall a one night stay is ok

As budget motels go, this one is very nice. It is clean and in excellent condition. There is a Denny's restaurant almost next door, and in my opinion this is the best place in town to eat. The town is small, so there is not much to do here, but it is close to the Death Valley National Park, which is why we came here.

The rooms were very clean. It did not smell bad like the other Motel 6's I have stayed in. The bed was comfortable and I'd never thought I'd be saying this but out of all the hotels and motels I have stayed in, Motel 6 has the best shower pressure consistently and this one was no exception. I stayed here to visit Death Valley National Park. Whilst its not the closest, its only about 1 hour drive from the park. I was a bit concerned though when the first room I got already had someone else's things in there (this is why I never trust leaving my personal belongings in the room).

The location of this Motel 6 is excellent. The room seemed a little small but that apart everything was good. I always check for bed bugs and I am pleased to say that there were no bed bugs at all.The Motel was clean and the staff friendly. It is located near to Subway and a good convenience store. The location is very safe.

There was a downside and that was due to the machine selling out of date cookies, well out of date. The good news on this is that the lady on the reception got my money back for me and I received a communication from the manager advising that this issue had now been resolved.

After a long drive through Death Valley the Motel 6 sign was most welcome. I would rate this Motel as around the slightly above average for a Motel 6. Had the room been bigger I would have given it a higher mark.
