get real workers this place should be re staffed or closed down for remodeled they say free internet lol only in the office area the pool is closed what a crock and only 2 kinds of cereal after they say 3 kinds and cant get good service rude staff if you make them work they get mad

My finance and booked the Jacuzzi King Suite in room 170 to complete our night after a home husker game against K-State. We had been planning on relaxing in the tub before bed. After drawing the tub we could not get the jacuzzi jets to work. So we had an oversized bathtub. Granted it was late, say about 1:00 am, we called the front desk and received no answer. My fiance and I were both upset but just figured we would complain up on leaving in the morning and assumed compensation on the room rate. After waking in the morning, we found the shower water would not even reach a "warm" temperature. Too cold to stand under. I'm very upset at this time and we hurry to depart this room. I drove to the front office and explained our stay. I was replied to with an "I'm sorry." I said i'm sorry too.. but I paid for a jacuzzi room and the shower should be a given. (Not to mention there is no soap or shampoo in the room). We stayed in a queen jacuzzi room about a month prior.. on Sept. 25th I believe in room 168 This jacuzzi did work fine. But when we first entered our room, there were wet,dirty towels wadded up in front of the tub on the floor. I called and and this was corrected by the time we returned. Needless to say, we probably wont return. My name is Ken.... at [--] and i would gladly talk anyone from staying here.

I was regular customer for several weeks straight. There was a big blood stain on the side of a mattress in one room. Some rooms had great water pressure, and a couple rooms didnt have any pressure at all. The water dripped slowly out of the shower head. One room's air conditioner took 6 hrs to bring the room down to 70 on a 90 degree day. The pool was clean and relaxing. They need to stock tissues (i just blew my nose on my used towel). They have slow wi-fi, like 1 meg down, if that. I saw a man, a couple doors down from me, literally throw himelf into the door because it was that hard to open. I kept seeing this naked dude walking around with his window wide open, when i told the groundskeeper, he replied that the man actually had gym shorts on. i didnt really look that hard. other than that, the rooms smelled like bleach, the walls looked distgusting, and the bathrooms are tiny, apparently designed for midgets. aside from the negatives, i never had a problem sleeping, theres a mcdonalds nearby, many great channels on cable, and a fairly low rate. reccomend this hotel to someone that annoys you or try it yourself.

I was a regular customer..stayed there whenever I went to Lincoln. Knowing I was a regular customer, one of the management guys came to my room and said I wasn't dressed right!! I'm a guy, didn't have a shirt on (in my room), had gym shorts on (in my room - and these shorts I go jogging in) and he said he had some complaints that I was being revealing!! IN MY OWN ROOM! Knowing I'm a regular customer he should have told these people "he has shorts on, but no shirt. He's a man..he doesn't have to wear a shirt, and those are gym shorts." And should have also told those people to stay somewhere else. He just lost a regular customer for a one time staying prude couple. I had to replace the batteries in my t.v. remote control TWICE as the one's that were in there were dead. Did I complain? NO! Didn't ask for reimbursement. I stayed in a room where there was dog poop under the sink...I picked it up myself..did I complain? NO! Now I have no shirt on and a pair of GYM SHORTS and he takes a one time couples side. It's really SAD!
