My finance and booked the Jacuzzi King Suite in room 170 to complete our night after a home husker game against K-State. We had been planning on relaxing in the tub before bed. After drawing the tub we could not get the jacuzzi jets to work. So we had an oversized bathtub. Granted it was late, say about 1:00 am, we called the front desk and received no answer. My fiance and I were both upset but just figured we would complain up on leaving in the morning and assumed compensation on the room rate. After waking in the morning, we found the shower water would not even reach a "warm" temperature. Too cold to stand under. I'm very upset at this time and we hurry to depart this room. I drove to the front office and explained our stay. I was replied to with an "I'm sorry." I said i'm sorry too.. but I paid for a jacuzzi room and the shower should be a given. (Not to mention there is no soap or shampoo in the room). We stayed in a queen jacuzzi room about a month prior.. on Sept. 25th I believe in room 168 This jacuzzi did work fine. But when we first entered our room, there were wet,dirty towels wadded up in front of the tub on the floor. I called and and this was corrected by the time we returned.
