Stopped on our way from IL to Estes Park - was concerned that our room was right above the breakfast area and the hotel was full but had the best hotel stay sleep ever. The room and bathroom were clean - freshly laundered shower curtain too - so no mildew which is my biggest pet peeve in road trip hotels. Nice pool area and large hot tub that was really hot, not just warm. The front desk was friendly and helpful - we liked it enough that we stayed here on our return trip as well. Had a different room on return trip with slow drain in tub - when I mentioned it to the front desk the clerk thanked me for letting them know. Would definitely stay again and will be checking out this chain for future trips! A tip - make a reservation as they were full both times.

This was an okay hotel for the price we paid. The breakfast was nice. However, we could feel the springs a bit in the bed and the room smelled musty and old (although our noses acclimated after a couple hours). The hotel is located near a movie theater, so we were able to walk there to catch a flick. Since I'm not sure we would choose this location again, I cannot say I would recommend it to anyone.

The first thing you will notice as you walk into this hotel is the hospitality of the staff - and not only the desk clerk, but all staff. The desk clerk was the friendliest clerk I’ve ever seen at a Hotel. It was such a pleasure talking with her, and she was so very helpful. But one thing I’ve never noticed at another hotel was what I saw from the man vacuuming the foyer area. When I walked in, he stopped vacuuming and sat down. I assumed he was just taking a break; but then when I went back to the car and came back in to the desk, he had started vacuuming again and again stopped while I was at the desk talking. And this I think is a pretty good example of the kind of hospitality we were met with at all times. As for the room, it was very clean and comfortable – absolutely no complaints. The internet worked well, also. Be breakfast was good. And the room was incredibly quiet – they’re not lying when they tell you they have a very soundproof hotel. Was back in Kearney for graduation of a nephew and booked a room with the hotel ... the lady taking my reservation was great, friendly and well versed on her hotel. When I arrived, I was greeted by a lady who was all smiles and friendly as well. Room was excellent and the breakfast was great. The staff, from management to housekeeping was super nice and very welcoming. The lobby, with it's huge fireplace and library, is very comfortable and welcoming. The pool was fantastic ... the spa was the best I had been in at a hotel ... actually hot, not tepid! When I am in the area again, there will be no other choice of where I am going to stay!
