Stayed here while traveling. We had such good experiences at other BW's that we just assumed this would be the same. In short, it wasn't! Rooms were shabby and there were so many leaves piled up in front if our door that we had to remove ourselves to avoid tracking them inside. Worst of all there were ROACHES everywhere, not to mention crickets and spiders. I do not recommend!

The BW is a bit like an older no-tell motel rather than a real BW. The rooms are very dated - nice size, but carpet was worn, paint was peeling in the very small bathroom, no tissue paper etc. The attached restaurant is not bad -- the breakfast choices were very good. Also the Hunan restaurant across 11th St was very cheap and very good. Can't recommend the hotel.

Staff was polite. The room was not vacuumed, toilet paper hadn't been changed, not sure the room had been cleaned, stains on the comforters.
size of the room was great but overall kinda trashy, no attention to detail. The value attracts an unsavory crowd, too small parking lot, holes punched in doors. Stay somewhere else!

Room: Damp and dirty carpet. No refrigerator or microwave in the room (not mentioned when reservation was made over the phone). Smoke alarm was dead. Bathroom was damp and had mildew. Also little to no internet access (speed was slower than dial up and intermittent). Had a cricket in the room.

Location: farther off the interstate than the Best Western Plus

Staff: Friendly and helped resolve the smoke alarm issue immediately. Did attempt to restart modem connection but no help. Did provide extra meal ticket for baby.

Food: Hot breakfast ticket provided for restaurant adjacent to the hotel. Food was bearable.
