This property was booked for one night through Entertainment.com. Upon check-in the property had no record of a reservation or booking no. I was given a room that was full of bugs. While sitting at the edge of the bed watching TV a bug crawled underneath my foot. Then after propping the pillow upright against the headboard to watch TV in bed,as I leaned back against the pillow another black water bug landed on my shoulder. Consequently I was up all night killing bugs. Between the crickets and the water bugs I was unable to sleep the entire night. After a 2:00 am call to the front desk, the lady on the phone acknowledged they knew of the bug problem. I was offered another room,but I was just too darn tired to move. Later that morning at check-out I was told by the front desk that they had called a pest exterminator and that there was nothing that they could do, that this was normal for Nebraska and that all the other hotels in the area were experiencing the same problem. I firmly refute that erroneous claim having previously stayed at another Kearney motel within a week of this stay.The motel did not offer me my money back or any kind of a comp for any suffering and inconvenience I was put through.
