Our experience at the Explorer Cabins at Yellowstone was really positive. We loved the spacious cabin and very comfortable bed. The amenities were wonderful. We loved the outdoor fire pit so that we could pretend we were "camping" Added delight was the "s'mores" kit to use at the campfire. The kitchen was a big plus even though we did not cook meals. It was great for coffee and tea and making a simple breakfast of oatmeal in the microwave.

Room tip: Choose a cabin across the street from the hotel where you check in. Our friends were in Cabin #2 and had problems several nights with big trucks parking in the lot for the hotel and running their engines at 3AM.

Very spacious and nicely appointed cabin located on the edge of Yellowstone but within walking distance to everything in the city. The staff was excellent and the cabin was clean with an outdoor firepit.

Stayed for 3 nights in late August. Beds were like clouds...loved coming back after a day in Yellowstone. Agree with other reviewers..needs at least one more mirror. Walking distance to Wolf Center and restaurants.

Great place to stay. I stayed in a cabin and it was nice to have a kitchen. Close to the park entrance. Easy walking into main area of the town. Would recommend this place. Clean rooms. Friendly staff.

Loved our stay at Explorer Cabins and so did our two dogs. It was very convenient for West Yellowstone entrance. There were plenty of places to eat at as they are in town. There is also a grocery store to purchase groceries if desired. Plenty of stores for souveniors and such!
