We have stayed at this hotel A LOT!!! I thought I was staying in a motel instead of a hotel. This hotel says they are upgrading, but all I see is down-grades. No restraunt, the continental breakfast was HORRIBLE!!!! The service was HORRIBLE!!! The shampoo and soap in the rooms were even a downgrade!!! Very disappointed!! Do not like the new casino set up!! For the only Hotel in town, this place is NOT the place to stay anymore!!!

I made this reservation 4 weeks prior to our stay. I requested a room on the lakeside with a handicapped accessible bathroom. I was not informed until the day prior to our arrival that there are not rooms on the lakeside with a handicapped accessible bathroom. BIG disappointment! We had a delightful view of the parking lot. The front door of the hotel also does not have a handicapped auto door opener. When I checked in the clerk bumped up the price from my reservation price-even without the lake view! I had to remind them of the reservation price. That said the room was nice. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The meal at the restaurant (dinner and continental breakfast) was very good. While the handicapped discrimination was frustrating our stay was okay.

This hotel had clean, crisp linens on the beds, the room was pretty average. I paid the extra $10 for the lake view which I felt was worth it! Gorgeous. Our room had a nice balcony too. The continental breakfast was outstanding. After staying at about 10 hotels during the trip, this place had the nicest breakfast. As other reviews mention, you can smell the smoke from the casino upon entering the hotel lobby but our room had no hint of smoke or noise from the casino (our room was on the south end of the hotel).

Stayed here 2 nights while heading to Glacier NP. The room was very clean, price was good and the breakfast was better than most. The location is nice because it's on Flathead lake, nice veiws and even if you don't have a room facing the lake you can still walk around the hotel grounds and see the lake. Front desk staff was very helpful with restaurant suggestions. I would definetly stay here again.
