This is a very nice Best Western. My wife and I stayed here two years ago, and then again last week. Very clean, very friendly service, reasonable price, and a location convenient to Kalispell, both sides of (very large) Flathead Lake, and Glacier National Park.

Booked through their 800 # as a Platinum member and they told me it was in Kalispell and we were on motorcyles. We like to stop and walk to get something to eat and a couple beers when we finish each day....like most riders. When I mentioned it to the desk clerk when we found them, he said...."well we are technically we are in the Kalispell limits". However, the internet showed otherwise and when we left that morning headed "into" Kalispell.....it was exactly 5.5 miles to the sign that said "Entering Kalispell". They wouldn't rescind the reservation we had made minutes earlier and were indignant. He also had the audacity to tell us that there was a "C" store next door and we could get some snacks there!
If you want to stay "in" Kalispell....don't book here or if you don't want to drive to eat or drink (hopefully, not).
Very poor customer service in my opinion. Wouldn't stay there again (three of us are riding back up that way in two weeks) even if they were in Kalispell.
In fairness to those who want to stay there, it was decently clean and kept. I think the price is a bit spendy, but you may not.

We put our family of four into a double queen room, it was crowded, but adequate.
The "free" breakfast was okay, I ate it once, the other days drove to a restaurant/coffee shop for better food. Pool area was clean, fitness room is very small. TV didn't have Golf Channel.

I booked and PRE-PAID my reservation for a king suite in March for my August honeymoon. PRE-PAID for our HONEYMOON! When we arrived (early -- we had to wait an hour for housekeeping to sign off on the room) our pre-paid suite had been given to someone else and we got stuck in a regular room. The manager (think we heard her called "Beverly") never even bothered to come out of her office to speak with us -- we were left talking with a young trainee and a trying-hard-to-be-helpful young man, Benjamin. Nor would the manager speak with us when we checked out. The trainee even tried to be condescending towards us because we used "points" for some of the price. I have never been so poorly treated by a hotel before. Did I mention we were on our honeymoon? So much for choosing this hotel for our special night . . .
