was going to Minot, ND and knew the lodging in ND was terribly priced and overcrowded due to the oil patch. as it was, there were only a couple of rooms left at the Comfort Inn. great room for the price, large, clean, a desk, flat screen, wifi, et al. a pool besides if it fits your fancy. the breakfast is awesome. although the place was full, there was no noise nor other interferences. have stayed before and will stay again.

ps: go to the Family Cafe next door and get an incredible prime rib for $19. the best.........

The roms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was fine, the pool is used by some older folks in the AM so dont think of swimming or having kids swim in the am. There is A LOT of oil exploration going on norht of here 50-60 miles so rooms are a real pain to get. We had a meeting north of here and had to stay here!!

Front desk staff visibly angry when we asked for pool towels. Threatened to call the police when a 7 year old jumped into the pool. 7 year old was tramatized by the experience. When told she upset him, her response was ,,, "good ...good."

The next morning the 3 year old's (brother of 7 year old) first words out of his mouth when waking up ... "I dreamed about the mean lady."

Great need for training in dealing with the public.

Enroute to N.D., we got stuck in Glendive when the road was closed for a blizzard. There were no rooms left in Glendive, and the front desk staff were rude, and very un-helpful when we tried to find out any information of alternate places to stay, saying they had "no long distance phones" when I asked if they could assist us in finding accommodations in another Comfort Inn, or any hotel. While we were at the desk, another traveller came in, and the front desk staff again said they had no idea why the road was closed, and did not offer any type of assistance to them.
