My Husband and I recently took a long awaited vacation to Glacier National Park. We decided to stay at North Forty Resort as we thought it would fit our needs. It turned out to be a perfect Choice for us. The cabin was a perfect size for us. We loved being able to cook our own meals when we chose to. The location was perfect for visiting the park and still getting away for all the other tourists visiting the area. Our cabin location was so very quiet just what we wanted for a quiet vacation. The cabin was extremely clean and the housekeeping staff very accommodating. Kitchen had all of the items we needed and beds were very comfortable. The extra sink in the bedroom was an added plus. The front porch was a great place to enjoy the outdoors and unwind after a busy day in the park.

This place is wonderful! My husband and I came here to celebrate our 20th anniversary and spend time at Glacier National Park. It was fairly close to the park and far enough away to not feel like you are surrounded by tourists. The cabin was very clean and spacious!! I loved the full kitchen. We were able to eat breakfast there and pack lunches for the park (grocery store very close). This saved us a lot of money. We used the quiet trail behind the cabins for an evening walk. If you are wanting to spend time at Glacier National Park, this is a great place to stay and unwind after a long day of hiking! I would highly recommend the North Forty Resort!!

The cabins are clean and comfortable. A relaxing and pleasant bit of Montana close to Glacier Park and Whitefish Montana. The term "resort" is a bit generous and the main building could be a bit more visitor friendly. Additionally, the accommodations for pets are visible in the form of sheets on the main buildings furniture. That aside, a pleasant and comfortable 21st century log cabin experience.

Cute cabins. Glad we stayed here instead of inside GNP because this resort was very peaceful relative to the park hotels. The location was convenient, only about 20 minutes to West Glacier, and only a few minutes from a large grocery store to stock up. Restaurants in Columbia Falls were also only a short drive. The cabins were spacious, clean, and fully equipped. A perfect quiet "glamping" experience for us city folk. We had a cabin in the back of the resort which is probably quieter than the ones closer to the highway.

Room tip: Cabins in the back of the resort are probably quieter.

We spent two nights here while visiting the west side of Glacier National Park. It is a pretty drive to GNP yet you get all the amenities of Columbia Falls (farmer's market, co-op and lack of crowds...we even saw a rodeo!). Anyway the cabins are really clean and have a great kitchen. There is a hot tub. It is nice and quiet.
