very clean and shady campground. We enjoyed our one night that we stayed. The kids loved the pool and the walking along the Yellowstone River. Nice place.

Billings was a town not heard of by me. I went up there to go to a family reunion and i would love to go back up there. Just the openness of the campground was phenomenal one thing that i really did enjoy about the campground was that it was far enough outside of town that you were out in the mountains but yet so close that if you were getting to country sick you could be in town in a matter of minutes. billings i would have to say was well worth it

We stopped by the Billings KOA on our way to North Dakota. I found their website online and didn't bother to make reservations since it isn't quite summer yet. We were greeted by an assistant who got us checked in even though it was 1030 at night. He was very helpful and friendly. The site had easy access with plenty of room for our truck and cab-over camper. The showers were very clean and the bathrooms were centrally located. It was the first KOA and it was very nice.

With gas prices going ever higher consider a "Staycation" instead of a "Vacation" this year! Bring your travel trailer or
"rig" down to America's FIRST and Original KOA.

You will be warmly welcomed upon arrival, and it won't
be long after arrival that you'll have your travel trailer set
up, plugged in, wired up and ready to go. AND you'll even
forget that you're still in Billings. There are activities for
all, a BBQ and Community Breakfast area, the swimming
pool and nice hot showers if they're needed.

We've never had a bad stay here at all. Your fellow campers
are quite considerate. Campers even pitch in if there's a problem which is really kind. There are always the KOA staffers
making rounds and making sure everyone is A-OK!

So, if you don't wish to eat up gas miles with your heavy
equipment (we sure don't) make tracks for the KOA. You'll
think you are away and you've not even left the city limits!
