I just retuned from tent camping and I have to say I was disappointed with this site. On the phone i was told that with aarp membership, Tent camping with electricity was $32 a night. It was not, upon arrival for $32 plus tax we got a crappy site next to a loud bunch of people. We asked to be moved and were told that an electric site would be another $15 for two nights

the site was filthy when we got to it. Animal crap all over. Tent fire circle filled with ketchup wrappers, paper cups, straws, . They actually told me it will burn if we made fire. what? burn toxins? There were no garbage cans anywhere, i had to walk across campgrounf on ground with broken glass to thro garbage away

this small mediocre breakfast was something like $7 or $8 . Kids 3 have to pay for miniature gold. The fence to the hot tub was broken and dangling, very unsafe. Is this what KOA puts their name on?

What a joke

While I wouldn't choose this campgrounds as a vacation destination, as I prefer more remote, picturesque settings, this campground was perfect as a resting point during a long trip.

The bathrooms were the best I've found at a campground, each being it's own private room, most with showers.

Everything at the campgrounds was smartly designed and clean. Staff was very helpful and kind.

This is a really nice KOA. The cabins, which we are staying in, are cute and clean. The RV and tent sites seem average, but the overall site is really nice. Playgrounds for the kids, decent and clean pool, showers rock...they are all private rooms with their own toilet and sink (much easier for families with young kids. Bathrooms are in the same building as showers and are their own rooms too, so it's all unisex. As a mom traveling without her hubby, and has young kids (boys and girls), this setup makes my life much easier. The only thing I don't like is the abundance of aggressive mosquitos. The campground is located next to a large pond, aka breeding ground, and the Yellowstone River. I am a mosquito magnet. Any square inch not covered in Deep Woods Off has bites...even through my jeans! This is not the KOA's fault, but it is seriously effecting my stay here. So just beware, and bring the strong DEET! I would stay here again for sure.

Very impressed with cleanliness, options of things to do within the campgroun, great for all ages, a home away from home. We have a 35ft - 5th wheel trailer and it was great to have a site with lots of room to be comfortable and not crowded. A bit prices for camping, but they do have nice amenities.
