“Well equipped and comfortable”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 7 October 2011

Very new and clean, built about 2004. Cottage #18, a 1 bedroom, well equipped with full kitchen, safe, two old style non-HD TV’s, free wired and wireless high speed internet. Outdoor gas BBQ for guest use. Fully controllable a/c, heating and ceiling fans. 3 minute walk to town and its restaurants and shops. Check the cancellation policies, they are strict. Not budget travel at over $150 a night but we were happy and would stay again.

“A double WOW”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 24 September 2011

We were passing by and stopped as the cottages were so well set out among beautiful flowers and towering pines. We were lucky enough to get the last cabin which was a small one where we stayed two nights and then moved to a river front cottage. The cottages are all decorated with a different theme and the decor inside is impeccable. The river front cottage has a large deck on the river with a BBQ and is screened from the other cottages. Inside is a large living room and kitchen with a fireplace, a huge bedroom with a very comfortable king bed and a very large washroom.
All the staff is very friendly and helpful from the front desk to housekeeping. Another nice thing is it is spotlessly clean.
We will be back to Bigfork again to stay here

“If you're in Bigfork, stay here!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 14 September 2011

Very spacious rooms, kitchenettes, great space in the bathrooms and well lit vanities. Bed was super comfortable. Plenty of room to roam around. Staff was very helpful with suggestions and it's right in Bigfork. Views aren't the best, but that wasn't our priority for this stop.

“Relaxing, comfortable & convenient”

My partner and I spent 6 lovely nights there last month. We stayed in Angler, which is one of the cottages that is right on the river. The river was quite high, so the edge of the water was litterally about 4 feet from the back porch. The cottage was wonderfully comfortable - the bed was great, the bathroom is so roomy, and the kitchen is small but efficient. The staff is so friendly, and the grounds are beautifully landscaped. It's a short walk into town, which has several nice restuarants. I would definitely stay here again.

The only negative things I would say, and these are picky, is that the refrigerator is a small, there's no dishwasher, and the dryer takes a long time to dry clothes. In spite of these things, I would jump at the chance to return. My advice is spend the extra dough for the riverside cottages - the sound of the river at night, and sitting out on that porch is wonderful.

“Luxury + River Front in Bigfork -- A Great Combination”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 29 June 2011

Lovely accommodation, friendly staff, great place to stay in Bigfork.

The spacious two room suites are well decorated and very comfortable.

The riverfront cottages are particularly delightful.

The only negatives are that some housekeepers don't clean the rooms as well as they could
and the tiny refrigerators.

Room Tip: The riverfront suites are worth the extra cost.
