We have stayed in several hotels here bc we are waiting for our household goods to arrive and this is best so far! customer service has been great and room is clean and big! Very happy! Will stay again!

Super friendly staff. Room was clean, smelled clean. Property is very clean. This was our second stay there and it was just as expected. Room was smallish, but WIFI worked and the bed was just right. Morning breakfast was simple (scrambled powdered eggs and sausage).

We stayed for 4 nights. We had 3 kids with us.
Everyone was so helpful, and nice!
Breakfast was good.

I am not one to gush about hotels. I usually just brag on the kids and my wife. :) But for this place I will make an exception! When we came to St Robert to see a family member graduation from basic training at Fort Leonard Wood, I wasn't prepared for the drastic difference in hotels here. I asked around trying the to find the perfect deal to quality ratio. I went with a recommendation from a instructor at the Fort that recommended I go to Hampton Inn if I wanted to be well taken care of by the staff and be close to base's main entrance. I asked him why he recommended it and his response, with a grin on his face, was, "Where do you think we send all the people we want to impress?" Well he was right, we were impressed. The staff treated with sincere concern and attentiveness (My wife as a particular disdain for false sincerity in hospitality industry since she used to work in it.). The buffet each morning saved me cash and a headache driving the whole family somewhere. The biggest difference was the concierge-like service. I asked for something and it appeared. Thanks to the staff for making this trip great.
