I've stayed at Lumiere over the past three years and have seen a steadfy decline in the rooms appearance. The Casino is SMOKY and not very clean. There have been robberies on property leaving an unsafe feeling,also breakins of vehicles.
Go to a different property.

Checked in on a Thursday for one night. We were checked in by Lisa who was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The bed and linens were the best I've ever slept on in a hotel. The hotel is connected to the casino via a walkway. I'm not a gambler,but gave the slots a try and came out $17 ahead. The casino was nice. Like most they allow smoking so I didn't play the slots long. I took my big $17 win and got a $10 margarita at the Burger Bar. The drink was just ok. The sweet potato fries were delicious.
Great place would definately stay here again.

Stayed one night. Hotel was nice, rate was good. The casino had the tightest slots I've ever encountered. However, it is near some fun/funky bars.

This place really saved us money for the 5 adults and 1 child in our group. We were able to get a 2 rm suite with 2 queen and pull out sofa for $164 with tax and self parking. It was decorated nicely for the holidays-a party was being held in the reception area. We checked in about 10 pm but were able to get a snack and extra pillows/ blankets within 45 minutes. I thought the staff was friendly recommending different places to eat in the area. The food there was definitely too expensive. They even helped me out with getting a room close to the elevator due to me being on crutches. Overall, very good experience.
