I was booked this hotel thru Priceline. I had already done my research of the hotel. The impression I got was that it was a clean nice hotel. I was wrong. When I went to check in I was confirming that my Husband and I had a King room, they said they had none available even though the parking lot was damn near empty. So we had a room with two doubles and we made sure we used both. The rooms were OK, nothing fancy. The toilets seal was broken and when sitting in the tiny bathtub that has no water pressure, you could see the piece of cardboard to "keep it balanced". Everytime we used the elevator we thought we were going to get trapped, very scary. The free breakfast was OK, nothing spectacular. There is alot of construction going on in and around Kansas City.so the entrance we needed to use to go anywhere 35 N was closed and we had the hardest time finding the right enterance.
The hotel could definitley use some updating on the rooms as well as the staff. I would not recommend this place to anyone but the business men that need to visit the very close factories.
