I stayed 4 nights at this hotel over the weekend, for the price it was very nice. The rooms were clean and the staff was very helpful. The staff was friendly and gave me some great reccomendations for places around town. I wouldn't say it was the best room I've ever stayed in but like I said for the price you can't beat it. Also, they provide a shuttle to and from the airport at no cost which was very helpful. Overall, if I was going back I would stay there again.

Spent 5 nights at the Sleep Inn Airport in late November. It was a really nice stay. The room was clean and well maintained. No real frills but what do you want for less than $50. a night. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Every time I had a request or needed something all I did was ask. The hotel was clean and parking was ample. The breakfast area was clean and there was many options. Would stay here again when I come back to the KC area.

Nice room (#107). Plenty of lighting in room. Not dimly lit by using 40W bulbs or CFLs. Good breakfast choices in lobby breakfast nook. I appreciated "lighted" light switches in the room as they were easily located in the dark. Toilet and shower are separate from sink which allows 2 travelers to access both areas without (hopefully) getting in each other's way. Small refrigerator and micro wave oven in room. Good a/c - heat system. The young desk clerk who checked us in actually gave us a choice of which floor we might want go to for our room.

Sleep Inn is conveniently located just a few miles from Kansas City International Airport. My king room was clean, comfortable, and functional. The useable desk space is wide and deep, with 2 outlets close by for electronics. Bed is comfortable with 4 pillows. Hotel was quiet and the public areas are clean. Check in was efficient and the host who checked me in was pleasant and personable. My bill was under my door, so on departure, all I had to do was turn in my keys and let the host know my room number, and I was on my way. A few restaurants nearby include Ruby Tuesdays and Waffle House. My first wi-fi connection was spotty, but I found another open connection which I was able to connect to just fine - turned out it was also a Sleep Inn connection, although you'd never know it by the SSID name. I stay a lot in Choice Hotels branded properties, but I particularly like the Sleep Inn concept, as most of these are newer hotels with an efficient and functional room layout. This hotel did not disappoint. My ratings are based on my comparison of this hotel against similar tier properties. Various discounts were available on the Choice Hotels website, and Choice Hotels offers frequent, excellent promotions towards points and room nights.
