This is the best place I have found in the Kansas City area. The complimentary breakfast is outstanding and the nightly manager's reception with free drinks and snacks is relaxed and friendly. The staff is always helpful and courteous. The shuttle to and from the airport is timely. I have never had a bad stay there, and I spend 2 weeks each month there. It really does "feel like home".

This is and will be my place to stay if ever in Kansas City. Clean, friendly, & Professional. From the time they picked me up to the time I arrived in my suite they were concerned about my well being. I felt pampered but in a professional way. The room had a ton of space

I've stayed here two different weeks this year for business now. The ice maker on my floor doesn't work, both times the television channels would go out in the middle of shows (happened to everyone with me also), my wake up call never came on an important morning, the food was horrible and they wouldn't give me an extra half hour for check out. Too many problems to make any price worth staying here!

The pros: The breakfast is outstanding. The customer service at breakfast was friendly and efficient. This is mostly a business hotel, so it was pretty quiet. Good location close to the airport and the interstate for easy access.
The cons: The bed was way too soft. We woke up every morning with sore backs. Wifi access in the room was expensive.
An okay stay at Embassy Suites is still better than most hotels.
