Stayed here for one night. Even though it was a "smoking" room at my request, you never would have known it. No smoke odor at all!

Everything was as clean and fresh as could be expected. Staff was top shelf on check in and check out. They even called during our stay to see if there was anything they could do to make our stay better. Even the TV cable worked well, which is somewhat of a rarity in smaller motels. Bath/shower/ and all ammenities were perfect.

This one has my highest recommend for a quick stop over! :)

The rooms were filthy, used condoms under the bed, the room smelled bad. I doubt much cleaning goes on at this hotel. Luckily I'd brought my own sheets. Had to go buy bleach wipes and Lysol to freshen the air and sanitize the room. Parties and prostitution activities were going on other side of hotel (they put us on the 'quiet' side) during our two-night stay. Stayed only 2 sleepless nights.

I do not recommend and I'll NEVER stay at another Red Roof anywhere based on my experience at this one.

Started out by the staff saying all the rooms were booked after we had driven 4 hrs and had a reservation for several months. Police came and raided two rooms later that night that were on the other side of the hotel. Very scary area of town!
Our room was dirty when we first entered and the towels had obvious stains. I called to the front desk to ask for new towels and the lady said she was "too busy" to help me.
Had to stay two days because no other hotel around and they wouldn't refund for the second day so we could go and find another room. When came back from city the second day room had not been cleaned! Desk clerk said all maids had gone home and offered no remedy. In the morning talked to general manager about a partical refund and she was rude and said "what do you expect for that little money!" Stay away---stay away--run the opposite way of this nasty place.

After driving for 4+ hours to Florissant for our grandfather's funeral, we checked in around 12:30/1:00 a.m. The front desk representative Marty was very rude to us. We had reserved two rooms and they lost my sister's reservation! Then, upon finding it, she told us that they made it for the following day. We explained that we didn't need the room the next day- our grandfather's funeral was that day! Why would we have asked for rooms side-by-side if my reservation was for Wed & hers was for Thurs?!? They did end up getting her a room, but Marty insisted upon lecturing my sister about how to make reservations "next time". I told Marty not to worry- we would NOT ever be returning.
Then, once we walked in to the room, we were repulsed! The bathtub was filthy dirty and there was lipstick on the 2 towels we were provided with. My sister's bathtub was filthy too and had a dirty rag on the back of her door. On top of all this, my door lock was broken (not the deadbolt, but the crossbar). Considering this seemed to be a very bad area of town, I must admit I was scared and if it hadn't been so late (after arguing with Marty during check-in) I would have insisted upon another room! Also, if I had not been so exhausted, I probably wouldn't have been able to sleep at ALL! I tossed and turned all night because of the rock hard mattress on my bed! My recommendation: STAY AWAY!
