We stopped in Festus overnight while traveling to visit family and happened upon the Best Western. Even though we didn't have a reservation, check-in and check-out were a breeze, and everyone was very nice. The room was easily accessible, extremely clean, and very up-to-date. It looks as if the hotel has been newly renovated. The bed was very comfy! My only complaint is the amount of noise from the nearby interstate. I don't say this often, but I would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed here before and continue to be pleased with this Best Western. It was completly remodeled and the decor is great. Nice hot breakfast is served. The wireless internet is rapit. Highly recommended.

We recently went to a wedding reception and this hotel, and stayed for the night. We were very impressed! The hotel used to be a Holiday Inn and when it became a Best Western, it was completely renovated. The lobby is beautiful and everything is done in modern decor. The room was a very pleasant surprise! It had triple-sheeted bedding, and a beautiful headboard. The vanity was a freestading piece with a granite countertop, and there was a microwave and large refrigerator in the room. It also had a flat screen tv. The bed was firm but comfortable, but all of the pillows were too soft! The shower had a curved rod and newer rainshower head; however, if you are very tall, the height of the bathtub/shower might be a little low for you. Overall, I was very impressed with what we got at this hotel. We had a special rate of $71/night since we booked with a block of rooms. The included breakfast was your basic continental with biscuits, gravy, sausage, and cheese omlets added in. If I ever had a reason to stay here again, I would definitely choose this hotel.

We were very impressed with our room. It was beautiful. It was very clean, nicely appointed, very comfortable bed, large room, nice carpet, etc. The bathroom was a little small but was very comfortable for us but we are average weight/width people. If you are a 350-400 pound person, you may want to ask if they have special bathrooms for large people. Lobby was beautiful and breakfast was good. I was a little worried after reading some reviews but it looks to me like some of these people are either really spoiled or the rooms are not all the same. We went through priceline and thought $50 was an exceptional price for the quality room we got.
