No problems with Expedia reservation. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was quiet and clean except for the carpet which was very worn. Nice kitchen. Pool was not huge but clean.

Knew I was in trouble when they couldn't find my reservations ... had to stay in a "Penthouse" or atleast that is what they called it. You would think they would offer that at the quoted price I had for a double suite, but hey, "you are getting the Penthouse!" the gentleman informed me. Linens were dirty, called for new ones ... they arrived all wadded up and dusty. They either got them out of the hamper, or they were the last ones, and hadn't been used in quite a while. Room was hot and I mentioned it to the front desk attendant, and his only comment was that "it was 100 degrees today." And my reply was "it is $165.00 a night you know." Had to have a smoking room after requesting a non, and with the heat, the previous smokers were brought back to life so to speak. At 8:30am they started putting up the mornings breakfast, scheduled until 9:00am. They kept cleaning up everything and we "felt like" we were in their way ... so we left.

Residence Inn used to be our families get-a-way, but the next night we moved to Drury Inn & Suites ... needless to say we were treated like royalty, and are now Drury customers.
