Renovation is completed and the room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was excellent and very helpful. The breakfast that is included in the room rate was the best I have had at any "Breakfast Included" hotel. Close to shopping and many good eats places. If you want to sleep in and get up late you may want to ask for an upstairs room, since some folks leaving early from upstairs make a lot of noise dragging suitcases down the stairs. Great overall stay.

We were in a newly renovated room with a great king-size bed, full kitchen, flat screen TV, sofa and chair, etc. Vanity area was spacious. There were many delicious options for breakfast, especially liked the fresh blueberries, whipped cream, walnuts, and strawberries for my waffle! Treadmills and other exercise equipment were in an adjacent building, and I was able to use a computer in the lobby area. The staff were friendly and helpful as we figured out routes for travel, etc. Access from I 64 was easy. We had a great group rate and I would stay there again.

The hotel failed to disclose, either on its website or during the online confirmation process that it is undergoing a major renovation. Several of the buildings are empty and workmen arrive at 7am. There are construction materials all over the parking lot.

On the plus side, the staff was friendly and helpful.

Also, the only wifi is in common areas...even Motel 6 has it in the rooms for free.

Because of its failure to disclose information relevant to picking a hotel, I have lost confidence in Marriott online reservations.

A safe and quiet location. Check-in was flawless and quick. The front-desk guy was friendly and courteous - he also had no problem allowing me to check-in 2 hours early. The room was perfect for an overnight stay - everything was as advertised. I have stayed at a couple of the other hotels in the Chesterfield area and while not terrible - they did have some undesirable things about them (and I'll put up with some stuff). I finally found a hotel that I really like for our fun visits to Chesterfield-St Louis area.
