Clean, good staff, great rates.Close to highway and food. Plenty of parking and free continental breakfast. Tv with good channels. Nice bathrooms.Free high speed internet very accessible and good speed. All in all would definitely recommend it and will stay here again if in the area.

Staying one night. I called ahead but at this time of year there were plenty of rooms. Summer might be different. Inexpensive. Heat was just sufficient but it was 4 degrees outside, well below normal. Heat had to run all the time but it ran smoothly, just the sleep inducing white noise, no clunks. Plenty of room for one person in my lower level room. TV cabinet has a couple drawers, free standing armoire, microwave, fridge, soft linens. Bed comfy. Work dine table. Lots of electrical outlets. The shower head is low probably because it is an older structure.
Stayed once before under different management around Labor Day. The small outdoor pool was a needed refresher after a long hot bike ride.
Restaurants nearby and a grocery store next door if you just want to nuke something. Breakfast was minimal. No fresh fruit. The only thing whole grain was raisin bran type cereal. Waffle machine. Hosts friendly and make many offers of help. Late check out not a problem.

We wanted to avoid the prices and traffic of Kansas City and so drove about 1/2 hr north of the end of the city into Cameron. The motel is located a bit off of I-35 on the business route of I-35, which is an appealing main street of the tiny community. The motel is small and accessible, with quick and helpful front-desk service. The price was very reasonable (just over $50/night). The room was small but well-tended and clean - no bad smells. There was a refrigerator within the room. The price also included a free buffet breakfast that was exactly what you get in hotels that charge $100/night. We loved the lack of hassle and the great deal!
