When we arrived we discovered that Best Western head office had accidentally cancelled our 5 day reservation. Thanks to the efforts of the enitre staff, namely Brenda, Celia and Sue who worked very diligently to determine the cause and correct the error. Despite the hotel being fully booked Brenda had held a room for us as she thought something had gone very wrong with our reservation. The staff did everything possible to make our stay so pleasant. The rooms were immaculate and the beds and pillows comfortable. We loved the pool and jacuzzi. The breakfast must be without a doubt one of the finest buffet breakfast in Branson. Thanks for making our New Years so pleasant.

We have stayed in many of the Branson Motels & this was by far the best one we have stayed in. Very clean, beds & pillows comfortable, good water pressure in the shower with coffee maker, fridge, microwave, ect. Breakfast was good & filling. Staff was very friendly & helpful. For Christmas the lobby was beautifully decorated with a nice tree & presents under it, looked very homey. We celebrated Christmas right there exchanging gifts with our family who traveled from KS.

Just stayed here this past weekend, and found it to be a decent alternative to the long list of cheap, bad Branson motels. While no one part of our stay was truly outstanding, there wasn't anything terrible to report either.
The beds were a step above most hotel/motels in Branson, and the pillows were definitely an improvement over the norm. The decor wasn't the typical country oak normally found in town, but could stand a remodel as it was a bit dated. I really liked the extra sink outside of the main bathroom sink, which made getting ready even easier for me and my travel partner.
Breakfast was okay with the normal list of choices, but I wouldn't say anything stood out. I found the 9:30 AM cut off time a bit early, especially for a weekend.
Overall, a nice place to stay with very friendly help. I would consider staying here again.

Side note - why does every hotel/motel in Branson feel it necessary to have the Bible out and opened up to a specific chapter in every room? Maybe it's just me, but I find this to be a bit much.

This hotel came as a recommendation from friends...excellent choice. Go talk to the woman at the shows reservation desk, she's very helpful! We had just been to Pigeon Forge before Branson, seeing many shows there, she let us know which ones would just be repeats from there...and which ones were very similar to each other right there in Branson. Don't overlook the little shows, there is some incredible talent there to.
